"Kacey was amazing! She took the time to explain what I needed to do to change my car insurance and then when she was done she asked if she could help me with anything else. I did want to talk about my condo insurance, but didn’t want to deal with the problem I had, but Kacey made it easy to talk about my car so I went ahead and explained my condo insurance issue. She was able to fix the situation and I was so at ease knowing that everything “insurance” was complete."
